    Like this location a lot. Small but quick getting orders out.

    They have a decent food selection and the muffins, bagels and croissants all look fantastic.

    The honey bran muffin remind me of my fave from MIMIS CAFE. glad to have found this one!

    Chai latte is always solid and they always have new seasonal flavors.

    Right next to the 85 degree bakery by the escalator. Floor below the theaters

    The absolute worst customer service!!!!
    Francis was extremely rude to every single customer! She stares at each person up and down.
    This girl should not be working, she looks miserable! I will never return to this location. She made my experience awful.

    Great, convenient spot in the century city mall. Quick service, kind employees, and long lines go fast. They're renovating rn so hoping it's bigger and better soon.

    Iced tea - Ceylon and pacific coast are strong black teas that don't need sugar and refreshing on a hot day.

    I am an employee at the century city mall and everyone is always so nice and polite here I always come during my break
    HOWEVER, the blonde girl with blue eyes about 5'4 had the worst attitude and I am never spending my money here again.

    I don't really like unorganized places much but this was crazy. I ordered a bagel roasted and it took 5 or 10 min to get it. I don't know if it was put in or not but this place needs some kind of label system to make sure people are getting there order. I like Starbucks much better. They got this coffee thing down to a science.
